What we own
The FoodVita name and logo, the Bobo character, the app's design, text, illustrations and software, and this website are © 2026 NYXORA TECHNOLOGIES unless noted otherwise. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer them except as the law allows or we agree in writing.
What you own
What you log and the photos you scan remain yours. By using FoodVita you give us a limited license to store, process and display that content so the app can work for you: to sync your diary, send a photo to the AI service for an estimate, and show you the result. We don't use your photos for anything else, and the license ends when you delete the content or your account.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't scan or upload anyone else's copyrighted material or images of other people without permission.
Food data and credits
Nutrition figures come from public and open food databases, and are always estimates:
- USDA FoodData Central, published by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
- The Indian Nutrient Databank (INDB), for Indian foods.
- Open Food Facts, for packaged products found by barcode. Its data is available under the Open Database License (ODbL), and its individual contents under the Database Contents License.
Product names and brands mentioned in the app belong to their owners. Their use identifies the product and does not imply endorsement. Google Play, Health Connect and Android are trademarks of Google LLC.
Reporting copyright infringement
We respond to notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content in FoodVita or on this website infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@foodvita.app with:
- Your name, address, email address and phone number.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Where the material is, so that we can find it (a link, a screen name or a description of the screen).
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a valid notice we'll remove or disable the material promptly and tell the person who posted it. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages.
Counter-notices and repeat infringers
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address with your contact details, a description of what was removed and where it was, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We'll forward it to the person who reported it and may restore the content if they don't pursue it in court within 10 business days.
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update this page and its date.
